For as long as WinningSeller runs. After the one payment your package has no end date, nothing to renew and no monthly bill.
Are there hidden costs later?
Not from WinningSeller. A few costs are yours, not ours: your own domain's yearly fee, paid to the domain company; order SMS, which go from your own SMS account; and bKash or SSLCommerz's own charges if you take online payment. Courier charges go to the courier, as always.
What if I get more orders than my monthly limit?
Buyers' orders are never blocked; every order comes in. Your billing page shows this month's orders against the limit. If it keeps happening, move to a bigger package by paying just the difference.
What happens to my shop and data?
Your products, orders and customer details stay in your account. There is no bill to fall behind on, so no shop closing for it. Download your orders as CSV any time.

Do new features cost extra?
Almost never. Nearly every future update and new feature comes to you free, and goes live in your account when it launches. A few services cost us money every time they are used, such as work done by AI, which we pay AI companies for. Services like that may come later as optional paid add-ons or extra packs, and taking them is your choice. Even today's AI features may get a free monthly allowance, with extra packs if you need more.
