I'm not technical at all. Can I do this?
If you can run a Facebook page, you can run this. Everything is in plain words, everything is a click. If you get stuck, call or email us; the number and address are on the contact page.
I have no website, only a Facebook page. Does that work?
Yes. Your shop's website is made the moment you open an account. Add products, put the link in your ads and orders start. Orders from Messenger go into the same list by hand.
Can I run it from my phone?
Yes. The admin runs in your phone's browser, with no app to install. Seeing orders, confirming them, booking couriers and reading the accounts all work from a phone. Bigger page-design jobs are a little easier on a computer.
Which couriers work?
Steadfast, Pathao and RedX for now. You connect your own merchant account, so your rates and your deal with the courier stay exactly as they are.
What happens when I pass my plan's order limit?
No buyer's order is ever blocked; every order keeps coming in as before. When a month's orders pass the plan's limit, the admin asks you to move to a bigger plan.
What if I want to stop halfway?
There is no contract. Just don't make the next payment. The refund rules are in the 'Refund policy' link at the bottom of the page.
Who holds my buyers' data?
Everything in your shop is yours. No other shop can see it, and we never sell your buyers' data or use it for our own advertising.
