How does the ৳99 offer work?
Signing up, building your shop, adding products and placing test orders are all free. When you publish, the first month costs just ৳99. After that you pay the plan's regular price, e.g. Starter at ৳499 a month. Each person gets the offer once.
How do I pay?
Our bKash, Nagad and Rocket numbers and bank account are on the admin's billing page. Send the money and submit the transaction ID and the number you sent it from. We check it and switch the plan on.
Does everyone get the offer?
It is for newcomers: each person who has never bought a plan or a lifetime package gets it once, however many shops they open. Yearly and lifetime prices do not change with the offer.
What happens if I don't pay?
When paid time ends, the shop stays open for another 7 days, with a reminder in the admin. If there is still no payment, the shop is paused: buyers cannot order, and you can still see your data in the admin. Pay and it is back.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. No contract, nothing charged automatically. Don't pay for the next term and the plan simply does not extend.
Can I change plans?
Yes: pay for the other plan on the billing page. The paid time left on the old plan is converted, at its money value, into time on the new plan (so 10 months left on a small plan becomes a few months less on a bigger one, because it costs more), and the newly bought term is added after that. Paying for the same plan adds the new term after the time left. Remaining trial days stay as they are.
What happens when I pass my plan's order limit?
No buyer's order is ever blocked; every order keeps coming in as before. When a month's orders pass the plan's limit, the admin asks you to move to a bigger plan.
Is VAT or any other charge added to the price?
There are no hidden charges. If VAT or tax applies, it is shown separately on the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
You can build the shop and place test orders free before paying, so monthly payments (offer months included) are not refunded once approved. A yearly payment can be refunded within 30 days of approval: the months used are charged at the plan's monthly price and the remaining whole months are returned. A mistaken or double payment is always refunded in full. Details in the refund policy.
